After several years of collaboration alongside Chef Gilles BLONAY, Nancia Andriantsalama takes over the kitchen of the LEO-PAUL restaurant & the M.CHARLES Lounge Bar.

 

NANCIA ANDRIANTSALAMA, YOUNG & PASSIONATE

From a young age, Nancia has been passionate about cooking and discovering the products around her.

Through her various experiences….., she collaborated for 5 years with Chef Gilles BLONAY, who held a Michelin star for 18 years.

She evolved over time by his side, becoming his second-in-command in the kitchen, and a solid pillar of the LEO-PAUL restaurant.

She acquired the Chef’s expertise, and they cooked together in a very complementary way.

During these 5 years, a real bond and complementarity developed between them. On the verge of retirement, Chef Gilles Blonay therefore decided to entrust her with his position, a coherent and logical evolution.
