Located in Savoie, in Aix-les-Bains Riviera des Alpes, between lake and mountains, our spa town has been renowned since antiquity for its quality and gentle way of life.
Right in the city centre, our hotel is ideally located in a lively, friendly neighbourhood with the feel of a traditional market.
Very easy to reach, it is also very close to the Aix-les-Bains Le Revard TGV station, just a few minutes’ walk away, and motorway access is extremely straightforward from the Aix Sud / Drumettaz exit when arriving via Avenue de Marlioz.

The GRAND HÔTEL du PARC**** is a small hotel that can be described as a Maison. Inaugurated in 1863, it reopens in 2023 after a long period of transformations and renovations that allow it to be reborn.
Conceived in the welcoming, attentive spirit of a guesthouse, the hotel offers the possibility of staying in rooms and suite rooms.
All 28 rooms and suites have been renovated. From now on, the hotel offers comfortable rooms, and all rooms are air-conditioned. Spread over 4 floors, they give you the choice of 4 décor worlds, all inspired by the theme of women and elegance. If you wish, you can also opt for one of the hotel rooms with views of Mont Revard, the Montagne du Chat, the Château de la Roche du Roy… and on the 4th floor, over the rooftops of the city.

At the LEO-PAUL restaurant, while our Head Chef Nancia ANDRIANTSALAMA appreciates the foundations of French cuisine, the rich world of her childhood in Madagascar also shines through in her creations. A renowned restaurant in Aix-les-Bains, her universe is driven by one desire: to offer a memorable culinary experience and introduce new flavours.

The hotel's other restaurant, the M. CHARLES lounge bar, welcomes you throughout the day from 8:30 am and offers fabulous comfort for a relaxed, flavourful lunch.
Located at the heart of the establishment, more than a terrace, Les jardins d'EVA comprise an intimate outdoor garden with its fountain and a winter garden with a fireplace, home to a cosy smoking room. The large glass roofs create a sense of freedom. The open-sky terrace of the summer garden, as well as the glass roof of the winter garden, allow you, when evening comes, to admire the stars. To be discovered without any restriction.

The hotel is equipped with an unusual room under the roof of the longhouse, with historic exposed beams. A perfect place to work in a beautiful setting and with the best technological conditions.
This space is equally suited to meetings, product presentations, team-building activities and gentle activities.
For congresses and conventions, the Convention Centre is located 500 metres from the hotel.

Here you are on the shores of Lake Bourget, the largest natural lake in France.
Head to the main harbour: the Grand Port in Aix-les-Bains, the starting point for lovely walks on the water’s edge, or on the water, in small or large boats. Discover the lake’s long perspective, either from the North in Châtillon with its château, crystal-clear waters and paddle spots… or from the South in Le Bourget-du-Lac near the reed beds.
Sailing as you please, enjoy the calm of the West bank, left intact and wild.
Nearby is another well-known lake: Lake Annecy.
If you prefer a smaller, more intimate lake, there is no shortage of options, as the region offers several very interesting spots to discover.

Not to be missed: the fantastic panoramas that sometimes offer a beautiful view over the lake, sometimes a vertiginous view of the Alpine peaks. Facing nature, you will be amazed!
Speaking of nature… the Bauges Regional Natural Park offers countless forest walks and the chance to meet passionate farmers and craftspeople.
