Arrival & Departure

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    We guarantee our rooms will be ready by 3 PM. If your room is ready earlier, we will be happy to provide you with the keys. However, if it is not, we can certainly store your luggage at the reception, allowing you to fully enjoy the surroundings hands-free.

    Check-out is until 11 AM. We have a luggage storage service where you can leave your bags free of charge for the day after your departure.

  • How does a late arrival work?

    Our reception is open 24/7 to welcome you at any time. To facilitate your arrival, if you know your arrival time in advance, we invite you to specify it when making your reservation.

  • Is a deposit required upon arrival?

    A bank pre-authorization is performed during check-in to cover any extras. Please note that a physical card is required, and American Express cards are not accepted for this bank guarantee, but can be used for payment at the end of your stay.

Access & Comfort

  • Do you have secure parking?

    Yes, we have secure parking available at a rate of €13 per day. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking in advance. The maximum authorized height is 1.80m; if your vehicle exceeds this height, or for any large vehicle, please contact our reception.

  • Do you have charging stations for electric vehicles?

    Yes, electric vehicle charging stations are available in our secure parking lot at a rate of €22 per night. The number of charging stations is limited, so we recommend booking in advance.

  • Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

    Yes, our establishment has several rooms and common areas adapted for people with reduced mobility. To ensure the best possible welcome, please inform us when making your reservation so that our teams can best meet your needs.

Breakfast & Dining

  • What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10 AM on weekdays, and until 10:30 AM on weekends. We offer a buffet with a wide selection of hot and cold savory and sweet products.

  • Do you offer options adapted to dietary restrictions for breakfast?

    Our breakfast is offered buffet-style. Options adapted to specific diets are available. We invite you to inform us before your arrival or when placing your order so that we can best meet your needs.

  • Can I have lunch or dinner?

    Yes, we offer several dining experiences directly within our establishment:
    - The M.CHARLES lounge bar
    - The LEO-PAUL gourmet restaurant.

    Room service is also available:
    for lunch from 12 PM to 1:15 PM
    for dinner from 7 PM to 9 PM

Spa & Wellness

  • How can I enjoy the spa during my stay?

    Access to our wellness area is included for our hotel guests, from 8 AM to 9 PM, throughout your stay.

Pets

  • Do you accept pets?

    We are delighted to welcome your pets and provide them with a basket and bowls. We charge a supplement of €17 per pet. To ensure an optimal welcome, please inform us of their arrival in advance.

Spa MÉLINA

  • How does spa access work?

    The spa area is freely accessible from 8 AM to 9 PM for hotel guests, without prior reservation.

  • What facilities are available?

    The wellness area consists of a heated indoor swimming pool with jets and a counter-current swimming system, a jacuzzi, and a sauna.
    Lockers, toilets, and showers are available in the spa changing room.

  • How to prepare for your visit to the spa?

    To access the wellness area, wearing a swimsuit is mandatory. Swim shorts are accepted.
    Please note that no swimsuits are available for purchase on site.
    Towels and slippers are provided in the changing rooms.

  • How to book a treatment or massage?

    To extend your wellness break, massages are offered in our dedicated room. To guarantee the availability of your practitioner and your preferred time slot, we recommend booking your massage at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations can be made here or by contacting our reception team at 04 79 61 80 00.

  • Can children access the spa?

    Yes, children are welcome until 5 PM.
    Please note that our spa is an unsupervised area, and children remain under your full responsibility.

LEO-PAUL Restaurant

  • What are the restaurant's opening hours and days?

    The LEO-PAUL restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday, for lunch and dinner. We take orders between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM & between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM

  • Do you offer à la carte dishes, or only set menus?

    We offer an à la carte menu with starters, main courses, and desserts, in addition to our set menus.

  • Do you serve gourmet restaurant dishes on the terrace?

    No, our patio is an extension of the M.CHARLES Lounge Bar and also hosts breakfast service.
    However, its atmosphere and configuration do not allow us to offer a gourmet experience to our LEO-PAUL clientele.

  • Does the restaurant offer menus adapted to dietary restrictions?

    Our Chef offers vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy/intolerance-friendly options.

  • Can the restaurant be privatized?

    Yes, the restaurant can be privatized for your private and professional events. Do not hesitate to contact us to organize a tailor-made experience together.

M.CHARLES Lounge Bar

  • Is the Lounge Bar open every day?

    Yes, M.CHARLES is open 7 days a week, continuously, from 8:30 AM to 10 PM on weekdays, and until 11 PM on weekends.

  • Does the Lounge Bar also serve as a restaurant?

    M.CHARLES offers a menu with platters, tartines, bowls, and sweet treats.
    From Monday to Friday, for your lunch, we also offer a "Chef's Favorite" dish.

  • Can we have a drink or eat on the terrace?

    Yes, our patio is an extension of the M.CHARLES Lounge Bar. It is accessible all day, whenever the weather permits!
